一、前言
 學校設立的目的在於提供學生良好教育環境，幫助學生潛能發展，進而培養其為身心健全的個體及適應社會能力。 在強調終身學習的現代教育觀念中，學校機構在社區中更扮演著「社區文化中心」、「社區教育中心」…等角色，學習者已不侷限於兒童，教學場景也不侷限於學校校園，「學校社區化、社區學校化」是必然的趨勢，而這一切全賴由校長和全校教職員所構成的團隊，通力合作、確實執行才能有卓著的成效。

二、理念
