壹、辦學

一、前言
 學校設立的目的在於提供學生良好教育環境,幫助學生潛能發展,進而培養其為身心健全的個體及適應社會能力。 在強調終身學習的現代教育觀念中,學校機構在社區中更扮演著「社區文化中心」、「社區教育中心」…等角色,學習者已不侷限於兒童,教學場景也不侷限於學校校園,「學校社區化、社區學校化」是必然的趨勢,而這一切全賴由校長和全校教職員所構成的團隊,通力合作、確實執行才能有卓著的成效。

二、理念
校長是「教育環境」的創造者與經營者,根據學校特性及內、外在環境因素,創造有利「教師樂在教學,學生樂於學習」的文二、理念化與物質環境,激發師生都具有強烈的企圖心和向心力,追求進步與卓越,享受工作(學習)樂趣與幸福生活。

I. Introduction
Foreword The purpose of the establishment of the school is to provide students with a good educational environment, help students develop their potential, and then cultivate them as healthy individuals and social adaptability. 2. Concept
The principal is the creator and operator of the "educational environment". According to the characteristics of the school and internal and external environmental factors, he creates a cultural and material environment that is conducive to "teachers are happy to teach and students are happy to learn", so as to stimulate teachers and students to have strong intentions.
